Join the 2025 English Department Summer Tomes class for a marathon reading of the entirety of Herman Melville's Moby-Dick, an epic of seafaring adventure, monstrosity, monomania, extractive capitalism, whale trivia, and spermaceti-squeezing male "friendship." There will be snacks, family-friendly activities, and plenty of coffee.

Day 1 (8/25) at The Bridge (7 Lebanon St), 9am-10pm.

Day 2 (8/26) at Still North, 9am-9pm.
