Dartmouth Digital Humanities Network
Digital Humanities (DH) is a broad-based research and teaching area that brings a range of disciplines together from Computer Science, Media Arts, Languages and Culture, History, Philosophy, and more. There is no single method or object of study within Digital Humanities. Rather, there is a set of commitments to understanding how digital tools might change traditional humanities research and to applying humanistic research methods to digital technologies and cultures.
Here at Dartmouth our DH network crosses disciplines, organizational units, historical periods, and methodologies, creating a dynamic community of practitioners.
The Leslie Center hosts gatherings and convenes conversations in this vibrant transdisciplinary network.
