Anantha Krishnan, one of India’s most celebrated performers on the double-headed drum mridangam, is joined by virtuoso violinist Charumathi Raghuraman and peerless ghatam player Giridhar Udupa in a performance that showcases the venerable tradition of Carnatic music from an exuberantly contemporary perspective.
