Kronos founder and first violinist David Harrington and Ted Levin, Dartmouth's Arthur R. Virgin Professor of Music, discuss the impact of Kronos having commissioned, over its four decades, more than 1,000 new works and arrangements for string quartet. These include many from visionary composer Terry Riley, who joins Kronos at the Hopkins Center.
