Learn the basics of sketching, story-boarding, paneling, shading, lettering, inking and more! Weekly workshop starting Tuesday, Sept. 18th, 2018.
Do you like to make comics? Do you want to hone your visual storytelling skills? What will your graphic novel look like? Find out at an ongoing workshop this fall. Learn the basics of sketching, story-boarding, paneling, shading, lettering, inking and more! All you need is a desire to make comics and the ability to draw a stick figure--a stick figure with goofy, expressive eyes (if you can draw that same stick figure with weepily sad eyes you have got all the inherent artistic ability necessary to make compelling visual stories).
Join Professor Michael Chaney the evening of Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 at 6:45pm in Sanborn House for the first meeting of a weekly workshop. The workshop will run until about 7:30pm, and will be held every Tuesday evening in Sanborn until the end of Fall term.
Sanborn House is located to the left of the Baker Library main entrance. The exact room the workshop will use is to be determined.
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
